Trainer kite rental / 1 hour lesson A 1 hr kiteskills lesson with a trainer kite including rental of the kite for the balance of the day after the initial lesson. This is definitely recommended for those wanting to fly a trainer in any wind over 10mph. In this theoretical + hands-on lesson you will learn about: how to pick a good kiting site, the wind-window, launching, landing, and safety protocols. The Real Deal
ARE YOU SERIOUS ABOUT KITEBOARDING? READY TO GET WET? DO YOU WANT THE REAL DEAL? If you don't have a lot of time but want to learn the basics the right way, then take our 3 hr intensive introduction course. This is a semi private class with a 1:1 or 1:2 instructor/student ratio. In this hands-on course you will be exposed to all the essential kiteboarding basics including but not limited to: wind theory, safety protocols in site selection, kite rigging, the wind window, assisted/self launching, assisted/self landing, usage of all safety systems, relaunching, body-dragging, waterstarting and getting underway and self rescue. Your instructor will be assisting you on the water with a PWC. Cost = $245/1 student/ 3 Hours $200 each/2 students/ 3 Hours $170 each/3 students/ 3 Hours
4 Day Kiteboard Camp (group)
These work best when max 3 students (of similar skill levels) sign up together seeking similar goals. 2 instructors shall be utilized as well as PWC support. Cost = $795/student 4 hrs group instruction per day for 4 days
4 Day Kiteboard Camp (private)
For those truly dedicated to learning and rapidly progressing in kiteboarding. These are PWC supported clinics to bring you as far as you can go in 4 consecutive days! Cost = $995/student 4hrs private lesson per day for 4 days
Private Lessons
Private advanced lessons with PWC (Wave Runner) support. If near-shore winds aren't sufficient for your needs we'll take you offshore (remember it's still only 3-5' deep) where the wind is more clean and consistant so that your lesson time is maximized. If you already know how to get underway but need assistance learning to: stay on a plane, maintain ground and go upwind, jumping, spins, raleys, etc... then we can coach you past your 'sticking point'. We're all about keeping you stoked by helping you get to your next level. Includes video analysis. $115 hr./1 student $80 each per hr./2 students
The "Padre Powder Run"
If you have your own equipment, we'll take you offshore, assist with your launch into the cleanest wind so that you can enjoy carving your heart out and boosting without concern for staying upwind. This killer downwind session is equivalent to a heli-ski/board powder run for a fraction of the cost. We pioneered this run, initially for advanced beginners to have more fun, but discovered that even expert level kiters were maximizing their time on the water. Boat/PWC Launch or Pickup $20 each
