Both The Tiki and Seabreeze overlook the best of Texas beaches and are a short distance from Windsurf Inc, located bayside on South Padre Island. Enjoy the relaxing family atmosphere, gracious service and island hospitality of our spacious one, two and three bedroom condominiums located on Texas' most beautiful beaches. The Brown Pelican is located a stones throw from our launch site, and has some of the most spectacular sunsets South Padre Island has to offer.
